How does the delivery process work?
- Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.
- After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
- Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible.
Do you deliver all over India?
- Yes, we deliver all across India, though delivery times may vary from city to city.
Estimated Delivery Time
- We dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays.
- Within Delhi/NCR: We deliver within 24 hours.
- Metros: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the courier to be delivered. - Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday, and these estimates do not include weekend delivery.
Shipping & Handling Fees
- We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 999, within India. For all orders below INR 999, we charge an additional delivery charge of just INR 99.
How can I track my order?
- To track your order, you can follow the track shipping link in your confirmation email. Alternatively, you could email us your order no. & registered email ID, which you placed your order with or call us on +91- 7827662052. We will check & revert to you on your order status. Please not we are available Mon- Fri from 10am- 6pm (except on Public Holidays).
Can I ship to multiple addresses at the same time?
- Sorry, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend you place separate orders.
